Join Tuul, Estonia’s beloved e-scooter fleet operator, as our new Head of Operations Latvia & Estonia! You will work closely together with the CEO and local operations managers.

What you'll be doing 🛴⚙️

As the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of key operational areas, including fleet management, logistics, safety, and resource allocation. Your focus will be on driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering measurable results that align with our business goals.

Your role includes in Riga & Tallinn:

• Leading operational planning and aligning processes with company objectives.

• Overseeing fleet maintenance, deployment, and logistics.

• Driving cost-efficiency and resource optimization.

• Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

About you 🙋🙆‍♀️

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience in operations management and team leadership.

• Strong analytical, budgeting, and planning skills.

• Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

• A knack for solving challenges with attention to detail.

• Fluency in Latvian, with knowledge of one of Latvia or Estonia markets.
