Join Tuul, Estonia’s beloved e-scooter fleet operator, as our new Lead Mechanic in the Operations team in Estonia! You will work closely with the Operations Manager as well as a whole team of mechanics.

We’re on a mission to revolutionize urban mobility, and as we grow, we’re seeking a resilient and proactive lead to our team of mechanics to share their knowledge of mainteneance best practices and safety standards. 

What you'll be doing ⚙️🪛

As the Lead Mechanic, you get to oversee the technical upkeep of the scooter fleet as well as ensuring all scooters are safe, operational, and maintained according to high standards. This role includes training mechanics and overseeing repair quality and efficiency.

Your role as a Lead Mechanic would include:

• Overseeing and performing daily maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics
  on the scooter fleet.
  
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules
  to reduce downtime.
  
• Supervising a team of mechanics, ensuring quality and
  safety standards are met daily basis.
  
• Tracking maintenance data, reporting on common issues and manage parts
  usage & inventory.
  
• Organising the workshop and warehouse.
